Sissy Diet Plan

You must keep a journal and write everything you eat and drink. You are restricted to 2300 calories a day.  NO burger beefy girl! NO cakes or candy. If you want to suck on something go find a big juicy cock or get yourself a nice realistic strap-on dildo. Every time you think of food just pop it in your mouth and suck. This will also make mistress very happy getting all that practice!

Sissy will drink one gallon of water every day. No exception.

Sissy will have oatmeal or 2 slices whole grain toast with light peanut butter.  Also in the morning one piece of fruit.

Mid-morning sissy will have a small handful of almonds or walnuts.

Lunch sissy will have a salad just like a girl. NO bread. Chose a salad that has lots of veggies. Low calorie dressing. Sissy may have one boiled egg or small piece of grilled chicken breast on salad. If you need fast food choices post in comments and I’ll reply here to help you.

Mid-afternoon sissy can have sugar free jello, sugar free pudding or a rice cake with a little peanut butter and a banana.

Dinner sissy will have any lean meat such as fish or chicken. NO RED MEAT. Remove fat and skin. You also need 2-3 servings of veggies. This can be a sweet potato NO white potato.  Fresh veggies are best. Buy and prepare ahead of time. You can cook several sweet potatoes, store and reheat. These are also good for lunch.  Maybe use my chopped salad recipe below, make ahead and then you have fresh raw veggies and can eat any time. fast and easy.

Take a before picture how you look now. Then write down your weight. Be sure to come back and report your progress.

It’s very important to adapt healthy eating rather then always doing a yo-yo diet and crash diets. If you have trouble making choices just ask me or give me control over your eating.

Goddess Jospehines Chopped Salad

chop very very small – broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, bell pepper, cukes, 1/2 cherry tomatoes, lots parsley.  Now add a cup of feta cheese and Ken’s Low Fat Italian Dressing or try just adding balsamic vinegar and a good olive oil. Mix well and store in fridge for up to a week. This is delicious and super healthy.
