If you are serious about your sissy training then one of the most important things is adopting a proper sissy diet.  The main reasons to have a sissy diet are;

  1. To keep sissy mindful that she is always a sissy and a should only eat a girlie diet.

  3. To make sure that sissy is as healthy and fit as sissy can be! No fatties or lazy bones!
  4. To make sure sissy looks good in her girlie clothes and doesn’t embarrass Goddess
When a sissy first starts her training she must first create a Sissy Budget . This shows sissy exactly how much she is currently spending on food. If sissy is spending 600.00 a month on lunches and dinners out imagine how many pretty clothes you can buy with even half of that! Not to mention how your tubba wubba body will look in those pretty frilly sissy clothes!  A proper sissy diet is not optional it is a requirement for ALL sissies, whores, dolls, sissy sluts, sissy maids or any emasculated male.

Keeping Sissy Mindful with a Girlie Sissy Diet

Let’s face it sissy girls eat like girls. Portions are smaller and women tend to be more careful about what they shove in their mouths. As you create your Sissy Meal Plan you will select healthy foods and girlie portions.  Each week the sissy sits down, while fully dressed in feminine attire to make a list and clip coupons. Since sissy will be eating mostly fresh foods sissy may not need as many coupons, however you can easily find coupons for the following items:
  • Tampons and Kotex (For your Sissy Period)
  • Pantyhose to be worn when cleaning and doing chores
  • Lean Cuisine for your girlie diet
  • Low Fat Yogurt
  • Secret Deodorant
  • other girlie type foods
Carefully plan according to your budget. You need containers and a feminine lunch box (Doesnt have to be too noticeable) to take your lunch to work. Over the next few months you’ll learn how to cook and prepare. Make sure you are subscribed for new post and also notified at Sissy School Forum Additionally you will need a very feminine apron. If you are married this might be a little tricky, however I’m sure your wife won’t mind if you borrow her’s, especially if you’ll be helping out with cooking chores.
Plan your entire week of meals BEFORE you go to the store.  You must have at least 5 servings of vegetables per day and at least 3 servings of fruit. Salads are a big part of the girlie diet, however when its cold outside sometimes a cold salad isn’t so nice. You still want to make sure that you eat at least 3 salads per week.  This salad must have at least 3 vegetables. You must use a low fat natural dressing or if you have been assigned to the Sissy Cum Diet then you’ll save your squirty and use it to make sissy cream dressing.  Whatever you use it MUST be low fat!  You can also buy a roasted chicken to help save time and money. Cut it up into small portions and pack for lunch along with a piece of fruit (required). I can not cover an entire diet in one post, however I will make a list of what you can have and another of what you can’t.

Sissy CAN Eat & Drink the Following;

All fresh fruits and veggies as much as sissy wants
Baked Chicken, baked fish and red meat once per week
Tuna Fish (no mayo unless low fat or homemade sissy cream)
6 Boiled Organic Eggs per week
6 Cups of Rice or pasta per week
2 baked potatoes or sweet potatoes per week
Frozen fruits and veggies without sugars or sauces
2 slices of whole wheat bread per day (no other bread fatty!)
Instant or regular oatmeal
1 cup low fat organic milk per day
Organic cereal – check for sugar, no more then 9 grams per serving add fruit
60 oz of fresh filtered water PER DAY
4 glasses of wine per week

Forbidden List- DO NOT EAT or Drink

No hamburgers this is for MEN
No fried ANYTHING!
No soda or sugary drinks
No beer
No nachos, chicken wings or any of the typical male sports foods
No white bread, rolls etc.
Red Meat IS allowed ONCE a WEEK- NO OTHER DAY (lean steak)
Nothing that contains more then 15 grams of fat (unless your steak day, allowed nut butter)

Mid-day snack: Piece of fruit, handful of cashews

Dinner: Lean Cuisine and BIG salad with extra veggies

Tuesday

Breakfast: Organic cereal and one cup of low-fat organic milk, fruit fresh or frozen

Mid-day snack: Yogurt

Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich made with low fat mayo on whole wheat bread, add lettuce and tomatoes. Cream Soup, low fat, low sodium

Snack: Lollipop! what a treat!

Dinner: Lean Cuisine, extra frozen cooked veggies- really load up

Dessert: Fruity Smoothie blend almond milk (one cup) in blender with frozen strawberries, a banana, any berries or frozen fruit to make a special treat!

Wed

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 piece of wholewheat toast with little peanut butter. Any fruit!

Snack: Yogurt

Lunch: Baked chicken and a cup of rice and add mixed frozen organic veggies. Eat as much veggies as you want.

Snack: raw cashews and fruit

Dinner: Baked salmon (check for the kind you can cook in microwave), sweet potato (you can make these ahead of time), any veggies or salad. 1 piece whole wheat bread.

Dessert: Honey smeared on your practice dildo. No more then one teaspoon. Lick it sissy! Lick it good!

Thursday

Breakfast: 2 Scrambled eggs (use cooking spray), 1 whole wheat toast, any fruit fresh or frozen

Snack: Organic baby food click here for example these are great for getting fruits and veggies. If you’re at work put in another container.

Lunch:  Girlie Soup and Salad with low fat dressing OR a big veggie soup homemade

Snack: Squirty in Yogurt

Dinner: Spaghetti with tomato sauce, large serving of veggies. Wholewheat garlic toast (use olive oil)

Dessert: Fruity smoothie

Friday TGIF!

Breakfast: Oatmeal and fruit as much as you want sissy! one cup of organic low fat milk

Snack: Organic mixed baby food with fruits and veggies,

Lunch: Lean Cuisine and salad with low fat dressing (everyone should have a microwave at work, if not, msg me)

Snack: baked pretzels small bag

Dinner: Veggie Burger (Boca Burger you can steam in the bag in microwave) on whole wheat buns. You can even have a slice of cheese!!!!! Add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard, ketchup and or low fat mayo. Baked tater tots or a baked potato with low fat sour cream (two tablespoons).

Dessert: Lay your practice dildo on a plate, cover in one cup of chocolate pudding and a cup of whipped cream by the head. Don’y forget a cherry on top! Without using your hands you must lick it all up not leaving one single bit! Yummy to your tummy! Lucky bitch!

Saturday

Breakfast: 2 Wholewheat waffles (in the frozen section bimbo!)  defrosted frozen strawberries in juice, no sugar. Pour over your waffles. 1 boiled egg

Snack: Organic baby food on a saucer, on the floor, lick it up hands free dressed in panties only

Lunch: BIG BIG Chef Salad with chicken, lettuce (romaine not iceburg), olives, anything veggie you want and a nice creamy dressing.

Dinner: STEAK! But cut it up in small dainty pieces before eating so you don’t get on your pretty dress. Baked potato and a large serving of veggies like broccoli.

Dessert: Any yummy weight watchers dessert!  Lucky lucky sissy girl! You can also have your milk with this!

Sissy Sunday

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast, 3 egg omelet with one slice a cheese or scrambled eggs and cheese. Fruit like grapes or strawberries.

Snack: Yummy Almond Milk Fruity Smootie with frozen fruit.

Lunch: Lean Cuisine extra veggies, 2 girlie cookies

Sunday is girlie movie day. Teaching You How to Be The Perfect Sissy

Being a sissy is just who you are. You might be able to fool the world with your boy self but deep down inside you’ll always be a sissy. Some sissies have realized this at a very young age and tried to ignore it while others kept it hidden only to share it with a select few or reserved for masturbation fantasies.

A problem I see over and over is a sissy getting out of control with his spending.  I do understand how hard it much be when you are a lonely sissy and all those naughty feelings start to well up inside of you. Your little stupid stick starts twitching and you’re mind goes straight to the gutter! That’s why ALL sissies need an owner to control them.

The most important lesson a sissy in training learns first is how to create a good budget.  In this lesson I will teach you how to make a budget so that you can purchase training tools, have phone sex sessions with your Goddess,  buy pretty things for you and your wonderful owner (tributes) and not worry about how you’ll pay your bills.  You should outline and report your budget to your Mistress owner so that she can help you and make sure you stay on your budget. If you are in my training then you will be required to provide a monthly budget report. Keeping to your budget is a very important part of the training and breaking budget rules can result in your dismissal.  Therefore, as you can clearly see, a sissy budget is essential to sissy training.

 

The Sissy Budget Outline

The first thing you do is outline all of your expenses. This includes mortgage/rent, utilities, gas, car, etc. Basically anything you spend money on including entertainment such as subscriptions, Starbucks, lunch money, all the extra little things that add up. If you smoke you need to include this.  If you are subscribed to porn sites a list and the amount needs to be reported. It may take a little time but this budget is important.

Now carefully look at your budget.  There are things that you must pay. Then there are “extra’s”  and these go into a column. Extras are anything like Starbucks, lunch out, dinners, cigs, books, porn sites, whatever you spend money on that is not essential to your home and work.  Once you have your Extra Column start selecting things you feel are just wasteful spending and put them in a new column called Stupid Stuff.

Now total up your sissy budget items and start subtracting from your monthly income. Let’s use an example because I  know some of you are total bimbo’s.

Let’s you make 4000.00 per month and your overhead, Must Pay List, totals 3000.00 this leaves you 1000.00

The typical sissy training budget should be %10 of your monthly income. So if you you make 4000.00 a month you should figure out a way to reserve $400.00 per month for your sissy training, right? But what if you find you don’t have $400.00 a month? Then you need to carefully go through your Extra List and Stupid Stuff List.  Start with stupid stuff and if needed over to Extra List. If you can’t pull out at least %10 then you’ll need to discuss this with your owner and come up with a plan to earn it.

Now that you have the monthly amount you can start creating your sissy training budget.

You have $400.00 per month.  Half of that is for phone sex sessions with your trainer. This means 200.00 a month is just the budget for your calls.  For LDW that would mean a 20 min call per week!  That leaves you with 200.00 extra. Now you split that and half goes to your mistress owner every month and the other half is your Sissy Allowance. Your half can be spent on panties, sex toys, sissy clothes, adult movies, sexy audios, etc. Of course you have to ALWAYS as permission to buy ANYTHING that is not on your MUST PAY LIST.  If you want something that cost more then your Sissy Allowance that month then you have start a Sissy Piggy Bank and save a portion of your monthly allowance into your Sissy Piggy Bank until you have enough saved. Each month you need to report the amount in your Sissy Piggy Bank and how you spent your Sissy Allowance.

The amount of $400.00 is just a basic example. If you make more great! Remember the formula;

%10 of your total monthly income is reserved for your Sissy World 

1/2 of your sissy budget goes towards call

1/4 of your sissy budget goes towards Mistress Owner Tributes

1/4 is your Sissy Allowance

If you make extra money at any time that can go into your Sissy Piggy Bank AFTER you have used half to buy your mistress a gift. Remember that she is taking her extra time emailing, directing and keeping you focused on your Sissy Training. It is not just phone sex calls she’s providing, therefore you must be conscious of the extra time she spends on you. You can show your appreciation with gifts, purchasing her sexy audios with your Sissy Allowance (this support her work)  and ask her if there are any task you can do to help her. She is very busy making her own income and could probably really use a good Sissy Secretary. Don’t commit the time unless you’re sure you can.

You don’t  have to be rich to be a good sissy but you do have to be consistent and sincere. A selfish sissy will waste someone’s time and make it all about him and his needs. This sissy gets nowhere.  A mistress owner will choose you because you’re sincere and follow direction well.  This is the most important. If you have very little money you should not try hording all of her time with unnecessary reports and emails that take her away from making income. You’ll find a way to balance it so that you both get what you need.

Proper Attire for a Sissy Wife Maid

Must wear a frilly sissy maids outfit. This can french or a very sissified “young” ladies dress such as the type Joan Clever (Leave it to Beaver) would wear.
